In order to execute the data strategy to realize their mission and targets, Randstad planned a big migration project. All custom front end tools used by thousands of agents at the local hubs would be replaced by Salesforce. Changing the front-end required changing the back end in order to have a trusted and complete data platform for the long term. A project was started to migrate from AWS to Snowflake and from MicroStrategy to Tableau. This would impact all existing data products, dashboards and reports. The missing link between current state and future state was a proven plan. That was where DataOps House came in. Together with the internal team a plan was made, stakeholders were aligned and with a can do mentality we pushed the project in 6 months to a next level. By listening, understanding and prioritizing the business requirements the teams were able to ensure continuity of critical processes and product and migrate to the desired end state. 

Bas helped the teams to set up the migration project to Snowflake, Tableau and Salesforce while ensuring business continuity. The coordination was then transferred to the internal team. Subsequently helped to draw up the data strategy and BI policy so that the data teams work in a uniform manner, jointly develop expertise and contribute to the strategy.
