Interim Data lead infrastructure

As an interim Data lead Infrastructure we have the responsibility to execute the Schiphol data strategy by collecting, prioritizing, delivering and implementing data initiatives. Always together with the business. The infrastructure domain for example encompasses the walkways and climate systems, but also the maintenance of assets like runways, baggage belts and piers. Using data enables Schiphol to prevent fall out of assets with predictive maintenance, reduce energy usage of the assets with smart planning and optimize the allocation of service colleagues at the airport. 

As a data lead we take on a leading role in the data transformation by leading the Data vision by applying 3 methodologies: 


  • Push: Help the business gain insight into how they perform using data.

 

  • Help: Support the business in getting most out of data by supporting them (1) from a technical perspective with the tools, (2) from a people perspective with getting the right people on their teams, (3) from a product perspective in helping them to realize products that get adopted and (4) from a literacy perspective on setting up activities to increase literacy and adoption of data;


  • Disrupt: Be the innovative force that also captures the opportunities of new opportunities like Generative AI, predictive maintenance etc. and creating initiatives from these that can eventually spin off towards the business.
